Since 2012, I have focused my practice on massage care for TMD/TMJ, neck pain, and persistent muscular tension.

My TMD focus began because my sister had severe TMD, and I wanted to help her. That experience still shapes the way I work.

Sessions are practical, trauma-informed, and paced around what you bring into the room that day.

When it supports your care, I can coordinate with dentists, oral surgeons, physical therapists, chiropractors, and mental health providers.

Crystal has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2014 and brings over a decade of experience helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy.

Her approach combines myofascial bodywork, trigger point therapy, passive and active stretching, with movement assessment to identify restrictions.

Crystal is an avid runner, and enjoys sculpture and throwing clay. She uses massage herself regularly for pain relief, nervous system regulation, and recovery.
