A 56-acre business campus offering office, wellness, and professional spaces. Located conveniently on Route 96B with easy access from downtown Ithaca and surrounding areas.

Landmarks & Directions

From Downtown Ithaca: Take Route 96B South for approximately 1 mile. South Hill Business Campus will be on your right.

From Cornell/North: Head south to Route 96B. Continue past Ithaca College. South Hill Business Campus is located just past IC on the left.

My approach to care is best for those who have specific goals related to stress, pain, injury, movement and performance. What are your treatment goals?
Frequent goals my patients bring to sessions include:

  • Stress relief, pain relief, relaxation, to get more restful sleep, recovering from workouts, better digestion, recovery from injury/traumatic stress.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 24 hour notice of cancel or reschedule is required. $50 charge for any changes less than 24 hours.

Can I use my health insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide detailed superbills—including our NPI number and treatment codes—that many insurance companies require for reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your out-of-network benefits.
